We're introducing an industry-wide banking service called Confirmation of Payee which is a further layer of protections from scams and mistaken payments along with other new app features.

Confirmation of Payee is coming! CoP is a new service that will soon be active across all banks Australia-wide. It's designed to help you avoid scams or mistaken payments so that the money you are transferring is going to the right person.
