Using NAB ATMs
Follow these instructions:
Note that some NAB ATMs may have slightly different versions of these screens.
1. After inserting your debit card in the ATM, your card will be verified.
2. When you are asked to Select an account, select Visa Debit.
3. Follow the prompt Please enter your PIN.
4. When you are asked How can we help you today? select Withdrawal.
5. When you are asked Would you like a receipt? select your preferred option.
6. When you are asked How much would you like to withdraw? enter the amount you want to withdraw.
7. Follow the prompts until the transaction is complete.
Using ATMs to access your money
As a Bank First Member you can use any of the four major bank ATMs across Australia without paying a fee. You can also withdraw money at Australia Post outlets and major supermarkets.
